Hello - thanks for dropping by!
I’m an Instructional Designer with the experience of creating agile and effective digital learning solutions for academic and corporate audiences. Originally from India, I grew up in Oman, and now reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. Having lived in different cultures and environments, I quickly adapt to change, respect diversity, and am passionate about inclusion. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies.
I began my career as an academic author with a global L&D company that created course and assessment content for K–12 and university students. Being an author in the education space, I discovered a passion for improving the effectiveness and accessibility of learning experiences. Gradually, I transitioned into creating training solutions for adult learners.
As a corporate Instructional Designer, I’ve worked with multinational tech and healthcare organizations, developing web-based and blended learning modules that drive positive performance change. I always place people at the center of my process and use an iterative design approach. Collaboration is a cornerstone of my work. Building authentic relationships with peers, SMEs, and stakeholders helps me create elegant and effective solutions that serve audiences across the business. Through my different roles, I’ve developed a versatile skill set and thorough understanding of various organizational needs.
I’m committed to continuous self-improvement. To that end, I seek out opportunities, both professional and academic, to further my proficiency and growth.
Outside of work, you can find me engaging in photography, researching emerging technologies and tools, or exploring local restaurants and festivals.
